Every morning at 6am ET a new question appears about your group's shared college history, and a notification is sent if you've allowed them. Type your answer, and only then does the app reveal the answer, the story behind it, and an illustration. Answering builds a streak and a score on the group's leaderboard, and past questions stay readable under Past questions.
Groups are private and invite-only. Ask whoever set yours up for the invite code, then choose Join with an invite code when you sign up. You can invite others from the link at the bottom of the daily screen.
My answer was marked wrong but I was right. Tell us — the app is meant to grade generously and accept spelling slips and different ways of naming the same thing. A miss is a bug we want to fix, not something you got wrong.
There's no question today. Questions are written by members of your group. If the group has run out, whoever curates it needs to add more.
The reveal has no picture. Not every question has one, and that's expected.
I'm not getting notifications. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Bickford College Trivia. If you declined the prompt when you first opened the app, this is where to turn it back on.
Account → Delete account in the app permanently removes your account, answers and scores. If you're the last member of your group, the group and its contents go too. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We delete the account, its answers, scores and any questions it wrote within 7 days and confirm by reply. There is nothing else to keep: the app stores no other data about you.
Open Settings → Members and tap the member, or use the flag on any question under Past questions. Reports reach the group's organizers and us, and we respond within a day. You can block a member from the same place; blocking hides their answers from your view.
