Prompt Review · iPhone app and bickfordchat.com · last updated 21 October 2026

Prompt Review checks an AI prompt against a set of governance guidelines and returns a verdict, the issues and a corrected prompt. This policy says exactly what happens to the text you paste and what the app keeps.

What we collect

Nothing is stored by Bickford Technologies. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking identifiers in the app or on the website.

DataWhat happens to it
The prompt you paste, your follow-up messages and your guidelines Sent once, over an encrypted connection, to our reviewer at bickfordchat.com, which runs on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Workers AI. The reviewer answers and the text is not written to any store of ours. The only thing kept on the server is a count of reviews per day, with no content and no identifier.
Your past reviews and your guidelines Saved on your own device only (in the app's storage, or your browser's local storage on the website). Delete them in the app under Past reviews, or by clearing the browser's site data. They are never sent anywhere except as part of a review you start.
Standard connection data (your IP address, request time) Handled by Cloudflare to deliver the service and defend against abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not log it.

What you should not paste

The reviewer exists to catch confidential data and secrets in prompts, but it is still a network service. Replace real customer names, personal data, passwords and API keys with placeholders such as {customer_name} before you paste a prompt, exactly as the guidelines ask of the prompt itself.

The AI model

Reviews are produced by an open AI model (GPT-OSS 120B) run by Cloudflare Workers AI. The output is a review, not a decision or legal advice. Cloudflare states that Workers AI inputs are not used to train its models; see Cloudflare's terms for the current position.

Children

Prompt Review is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children; we do not collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new text appears here before the change takes effect in the app.
